🚚 SHIPPING POLICY
1. Order Processing
- All orders are prepared and shipped from Spain.
- Processing time is 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
2. Shipping Within Spain
- Standard Shipping (Correos / other national carriers): 2–5 business days
- Express Shipping (if available): 1–2 business days
3. Shipping to European Countries
We currently ship to most EU countries.

Note: Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by customs delays or peak periods.
4. Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location and selected service.
- Any applicable duties or VAT for EU countries are included. We do not currently ship outside of Europe.
5. Incorrect Addresses / Delivery Issues
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
- We are not responsible for delays, lost items, or extra costs due to incorrect address details or issues caused by the shipping provider.
